Took a little trip away from NJ last week to Orlan

Took a little trip away from NJ last week to Orlando and had the best time at the theme parks!🎢🎡🪄
Love the rides at @universalorlando and the theming!🧙 I’ve loved rides since I was a kid, so it’s always fun to go back and do them as an adult!
We also went to Epcot and Hollywood Studios in Disney.
Back in NJ and excited to share tons of content this holiday season about fun things to do and restaurants in the NJ area!😆

Northlandz in Flemington, NJ is “The World’s Largest Miniature Wonderland” @northlandz_official #northlandz [Ad]
📌Visit this locomotive museum and experience 100+ trains running on 8 miles of track! Each scene is intricately detailed, and some are even interactive.
📌Give yourself around 2 hours to do a self-guided tour, plus utilize the kids’ play areas.
This is a fun, unique activity in NJ to do with kids, but even as an adult, I found it fascinating!
Northlandz also is an event space that features 5 different rooms, each able to accommodate up to 150 people!🎉
Tickets can be purchased on their website, and this makes for an interesting, indoor activity to do this winter.

An afternoon in Lambertville, NJ & New Hope, PA!🍂
This area makes for the perfect day trip from New Jersey, with the two towns being in walking distance of each other.
Each town offers a quaint, charming vibe with local shops and restaurants.
We had lunch at the Ferry Market in New Hope, which is a local food hall offering a variety of eats from different restaurants!
The New Hope Railroad is also currently offering Christmas train ride experience, and it looked cute from what I saw outside!🎄🚂

Last bits of fall foliage🍂
Went wedding venue shopping the other day and fell in love with Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA!🥹
This free estate property is open to the public to explore, as long as there are no private events happening on their calendar!
This is located outside of Philly, and makes for a great day trip from NJ. While in PA, we also visited Glen Foerd, another public estate grounds you can walk around (it’s also a wedding venue)!
Near Villanova is the small city of Conshohocken, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner at @danielsofconshohocken 😋

Have you been to Historic Smithville during the holiday season yet?🎄🎁🚂 @historicsmithvillenj
Smithville features festive holiday decor from Thanksgiving through early January!
The free light show on the water is shown daily from Thanksgiving through January 6th, 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM (weather permitting).
This historical village also has a small train that is great for families to take a ride through the town (weekends only).
Check out the village’s 50 shops and eateries, and easily spend 2-3 hours here!
The cookie shown in the video is from Smithville Peanut Butter Co.🍪🥜
Historic Smithville is only about 20-25 minutes from AC by car, and can easily be combined with a weekend in that area.
Other seasonal activities the village will offer on weekends this December include the:
