There are so many places in NJ to see the spring blooms, and here are 10 I recommend checking out this month! I’ll keep sharing more on my pages too!☺️
1. Reeves-Reed Arboretum
(165 Hobart Ave, Summit, NJ)
See a bowl of 50,000 daffodils at this 19th-century estate. Visit between April 1-15 for best blooms ($10pp entry fee during this time, except April 12th, which is $15/pp)
2. New Jersey Botanical Garden
(5 Morris Rd, Ringwood, NJ)
Roam expansive gardens and take in the blooms (free in April to visit)
3. Branch Brook Park
(Park Avenue, Lake St, Newark, NJ)
See the famous cherry blossoms at this free public park. Peak Bloom has started April 4th and should look nice for next two weeks or so!
4. Sayen House & Gardens
(155 Hughes Dr, Hamilton Square, NJ)
Free public garden with beautiful blooms and walking trails.
5. Liberty State Park
(Jersey City, NJ)
Free public park with walking trails & skyline views.
6. Cape May Point State Park
(Light House Ave, Cape May Point, NJ)
Free public park with a lighthouse and walking trails, plus is great for bird watching.
7. Beach Plum Farm
(140 Stevens St, West Cape May, NJ)
Wander the gardens of this local farm, get a bite to eat, and check out the market store!
8. Arrowhead Farmstead
(135 Iron Ore Road, Manalapan, NJ)
Opens April 9th for the tulips & dinosaurs festival. $22-$28pp entry fee depending on what day you visit in April.
9. Princeton, NJ
Check out Princeton University, Prospect Gardens, Downtown, Palmer Square, & Princeton Battlefield State Park. Free to walk around!
10. Monmouth County Parks
Deep Cut Gardens & Holmdel Park are especially beautiful in April. See Cherry blossoms and more for free at these local county parks dawn to dusk daily!

🌸This is New Jersey’s largest collection of cherry blossom trees, and one of the top parks in the country to visit to view the cherry blossom bloom this spring!
📍Branch Brook Park, Essex County, NJ
Branch Brook Park’s peak cherry blossom bloom is expected to be April 9-16, 2026. I went last year and it was truly so beautiful to wander!
The park is free to visit and is a public county park. Check it out this April to take in the pretty blooms!☺️
